Because of my love for Sinigang- a Filipino soup or stew characterized by its sour taste most often associated with tamarind, I’ve decided to do a fried version of it (without veggies of course 😆) using chicken as my main.
Everyone loves fried chicken! So to give it a little twist, here’s what you’ve got to do:
- 1kg chicken wings
- 1 pack Sinigang Mix
- Marinate chicken wings in sinigang mix for at least 20-30 minutes.
- Heat oil to 350 degrees.
- Deep fry chicken wings for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain in paper towel.
Easy peasy, right?! Enjoy warm!
